Trainers

You also will be assisted by experienced coaches who are deeply familiar with the LAB Profile.

Prerequisites for the LAB Profile Certification Program:
We will not be teaching the basics of consulting or training. We are assuming that you successfully use these skills already and now are ready to acquire advanced tools and skills.

To be accepted into the program, you will need:

  • to learn the LAB Profile and be using it. (See also pre-course assignment)
  • to be a professional trainer and/or consultant or have significant management experience.
  • to be sufficiently conversant in English to participate in discussions, make presentations and write assignments.

It is suggested that you have completed an NLP (Neuro-linguistic Programming) Practitioner Certification.

Pre-course Assignment
To be eligible for Certification and to be ready for the advanced exercises, you will need to complete 40 profiles and send them to Success Strategies by May 30 , 2008.

We'll send you clear instructions, when we receive your application.

Logistics
The course is 10 days long, with a weekend off in the middle so that you can rest, see the sights and play.

Licensing Agreement
Part of your certification includes a licensing agreement that gives you the right to train and consult using the LAB Profile. A copy of the agreement will be forwarded to you prior to
the course.
