Shelle Rose CharvetShelle Rose Charvet is known world-wide as a pioneer in using the LAB Profile to understand and influence below-conscious motivations. Her first book on the subject Words That Change Minds: Mastering the Language of Influence is an international bestseller and is now available in many languages.

She helps organizations around Canada, the US, Mexico and all over Europe solve their most difficult communication challenges.

Recent Projects

For a highly successful mutual fund company, Shelle researched the below-conscious triggers of their high value clients in the very sensitive area concerning their decisions on retirement investments, designed their sales process to match how the customers decide, helped with branding, slogan development and website design. They report dramatically increased closing rates and overall sales.

For a large company, manufacturing foam seats for cars & airplanes, with plants in Canada, US, Europe and Latin America she delivered multi-session Customer Service and Labour Negotiation training in St. Louis for 5 plants. They saved $300,000 US after 1st session of customer service training and much more after that. They secured the 1st 5 year contract with the union in the history of the company.

For an international enterprise software firm based in Stockholm and Minnesota, Shelle is currently training the marketing department to imbed Influencing Language into their direct marketing initiatives for manufacturing, government services in several countries and languages.

Shelle is bilingual in English and French and can work in Spanish and has basic knowledge of German. She is currently working around North America and Europe on marketing, positioning and persuasion issues.

Shelle has earned the highly coveted international designation of Certified Speaking Professional and is the 2009 President of the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers. She is a Certified Trainer of Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP), and was the founding President of the Canadian Association of NLP.

Her first book, Words That Change Minds: Mastering the Language of Influence is an international bestseller and is now available in several languages. It is used as a text book in several university business programs in the US and the UK as well as Coach University. It’s now available in several languages.  Her audio Presenting Ideas to Skeptical People is also a bestseller. She is completing her next book; The Customer is Bothering Me!
